I have the 4th gen ipod touch jailbroken, I have cydia on it when I download hacks..etc it downloads but nothing works any help on this?

On Sunday there is coming out a jailbreak for all iDevices ..
Restore ur iPod on 6.1 wait till sunday :d

How to I restore it back to 5.1?

Click restore in iTunes and it will update it to the latest version

You don't want to restore it back to 5.1. The new untethered jailbreak for the new iOS 6.1 is rumored to be released this Sunday. Just restore and update and wait a few days for the new jailbreak, Evasi0n.
