I reversed the binary so it was backwards, it did nothing it was almost the same thing (stupid random symbols).
I will try top to bottom and vice versa. This will probably be a waste of time but it's the only think I can think of atm.

I may be being blind, but i think i see a word on the left side of the cars back bumper.

I've tried upside down, reversed, swapping all the 0's to 1's and reversing that and flipping it...
There's something else to this. I even tried counting the number of 0's and then 1's and converting it into hex but still nothing.

i was just playing around with an encoder and decoder and it seems to be encoded more than once just helping, ive already given up

I've seen a bunch of people trying to decode it.
Look, it doesn't matter what you do with the binary decoding it, you'll always get the same wrong answer.
Binary > Hex > Text is the same as Binary > Text.
Binary > Base64 > Hex > Text is the same as Binary > Text.
It's still garbage and you can't decode garbage. I'm sure that decoding it is out of the question, this is some sort of counting game or something.

More information:
Decoded pieces of data aren't garbage, all of these symbols and random ASCII characters don't mean anything in any normal translator.
4A4SBFXX <-- The word "Text" in TIGO-3FX. You can see it's just plain text, it's not some garbage. Which is why I believe that decoding is out of the question.
