I bought the season pass on another account, I then couldn't use the peacekeeper on my second account. I am too lazy to watch this video but I am assuming you pick the peacekeeper off the ground and kill people with it to get an attachment, then you unlock it? Thats what I did.

I didn't have the maps bought neither... all i did to unlock it was just pick it up and use it. Then it was unlocked for me after a while lol
