I've always supported guns, but just thinking about it today. Why the hell do you need them? The only logical reason is for protection, which makes sense, but what's wrong with security cameras? Tazers? Learning self defense? Pepper spray?

My dad lives in New Jersey. He was in the army for like 5 years, yet he doesn't own a gun. I've never asked him why, but it makes sense now. There's more chance of getting shot if you have a gun in your house. Simple really.

Guns generate 50 billion in revenue for business in America, now think of the amount in taxes that brings in. If guns were banned thousands of companies would lose billions in revenue and would have to dispose of the now illegal weapons which couldn't improve our economy and workers would lose their jobs. A gun buy back wouldn't work because many guns are street guns that are acquired illegally. I do not support guns, I just hate when people think it is as simple as passing a law.

There hasn't been a mass shooting in a school here in the UK for around 40 years I think. Ever since we banned guns. America could learn from us. I know I'm going to get disliked for saying it but it's true. There'd be no need for stores to sell guns if there were none.
