On this idea. If you think this is a good idea then reply back. Should i do things like you have to +rep me a certain amount to get the code from me or should i do it for free. I just feel like i could get something from this aswell.

I'm pretty sure stuff like that is not allowed. It counts as asking for rep. You will likely get a warning for it

I think you should do it for free in the gold members section

I think it would be a great idea to those lurking about. You could really push the leech tide back a bit and stall them with there one tracked minds.
