Some really good information, got me thinking as i just started my new channel and my old one was partnered with youtube (adsense) ! hoping soon i will get a partnership with social blade then TGN, if i get a big enough fan base then probably go back to adsense

I strongly agree with this post.

Defiantly the part about where you need a stable amount of subscribers (not just 5 or 10)

I recently got partnered, but i cant find a way to add ads to my videos, like theres no monetization option, but when i upload a vid there is a option to claim it and put monetization. but when i do that it gives me something that says,"to best manage your claims, visit your Claims and Policies in CMS. like idk what to do. and i want to get paid at least a little from my uploads and the ads.

To monetize a video, you simply claim it.

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Then just hit save changes, and you'll see this:

This means your video is now claimed/monetized, and you will earn revenue off of it.

Claiming options is not available on mine, it does not pop up its says like basic info then montenize( however you spell it) then advanced settings.

I have been planning on starting up my channel, not sure if possible, who to get partnered by, this is more than what I needed for the info, Machinima I thought would be a great plan, turns out It would be too tedious to do. I think TGN would be the best
