I have been console band before, i deserved it though so......

I'm console banned got banned quite a while ago now and no longer have the console, my account also got perm banned too have a ps3 now.

lol just got console banned while building a world on minecraft about an hour ago. I can't say i didn't deserve it. lol

I Got Console Banned to day But ill know for next time to not host Mw2 Lobbys, and maybe it was a message to stop playing xbox

Got home last night, and my dad was watching netflix before i left, my dad doesnt know how to work the xbox at all, i come back and hes not watching netflix anymore, i asked him why and he said a message popped upi on the screen, sure enough my brand new xbox slim that was only used for netflix was console banned, and at the same time my Xbox Live acount, im a 4 Year member, SO me being completely pis**d, i call xbox support, talk on the phone for an hour and then end up filling out some gay forum, i wake up the next morning and find my old xbox 360 has been banned, the one i play on, and i still have no idea what i could of done bad, Can anyone help?

Aight i got console banned and perm banned on my profile, 1.i got a legit xbox. 2.just got my irl friends on list never play or talks to randoms 3.never stole a profile or game on marketplace 4. never hacked a game or cheated.
what can be the reason i got banned? its stands:

"This console has been banned for violations of the terms of use. To protect the Xbox live service and its members, microsft does not provide details about console bans there is no recourse for terms of use violations"

Is there anything i can do about it plz help me if you know the reason or solution for this!
shouldt they send me an email? my friend got it when he was banned!
