I was using photoshop and the bars on the side of my screen are all jacked up, and I need to make this logo. Can someone come on skype and help me PLEASE?

Did you try closing and starting it again? If so close all of the bars and reopen the one by one.

on the top bar (where file, edit, etc. are) click Window>workspace>reset
That will reset to the default layout.
