what do they have to draft in order to become a succesful team, defense? or offense?

wont pick wont change anything but with that pick thell have to trade down to go offense cause no offensive player is worth it, thell probably grab bjoern warner if he isnt taking second or dee milliner. definetly defense

raiders wont have third pick so that out of the question and if they did it would be either an alabama troubled linebacker or a lsu/miami cornerback

9/10 chances are the Raiders pick another Bust. This team will not be superbowl material for at least another year. kudos to Darren McFadden though!

One i wasnt naming a specific player i was naming the past players but i didnt want the name to be so obvious but if you want me to give a real name the players i was talking about are: DeMarcus Van **** and Rolando McClain so before you post think about it smart guy.One more thing i am fully aware they hae the third pick but what did they trade 2 first picks last year?? Carson Palmer and knowing the raiders there gunna trade for another bust

The raiders have the third pick in the 2013 draft thats allim saying, and alright i get you on the second part but idc about oakland so i had no idea those guys were from there.

They need people all over the place. I really like watching them but it's disappointing not seeing them win enough games every year.
