I won't be to harsh because I know you are beginning and I know I was bad when I was beginning. It is alright but needs lots of work. Here are some tips;
1.Work on the text, either get good with layer styles or use cinema 4d or a combination of both.
2.The background doesn't really have much style factor to it, it's just a picture with some smoke and outer glow. I would suggest making the text the main focal point and the logo the secondary thing unless you are really trying to emphasize the logo.
3.Just work on overall flow and style on your work. The colours are kind of choppy and don't have flow.
EDIT: Not hating on your work just trying to give some tips, you will get better if you follow my tips or not just keep doing what you do and you will get better.
