As most of you know, PHD Flopper has been put on the map Die Rise in one of the floors/hallways when you're going down the elevator in the spawn room, but there's a barrier that doesn't allow you to get it. ...

Many people think this is a troll... or it is unlocked by completing the maps easter egg or some kind of easter egg...

However, my theory is that maybe PHD Is accessible through the easter egg.... but maybe it is ALSO accessible through the PERMANENT PERK System. Treyarch could have possibly put the perk there to hint that it is accessible on the map but when people notice there is a barrier they think oh it's just a troll, forget it.... it might simply just take some outside thinking on how to unlock it as a permanent perk.
