Yes jugs can reduce your resistance to damage, he probably has that. Someone else posted them shooting near them with the mustang and Sally and kept getting lower damage, ended up just being jugs. How would you tell if it's a "reduced" phd flopper or just jugs making you withstand more damage.

idk i still dont think he would have made it down that far even with permma jugg. i know for a fact he did not press A. so however it happend it's crazy. hell it might be a glitch. gonna do some testing in the morning.

This happened to my friend but he fell from the steam trample workbench down to the floor just under the power, then I tried it and I died, I landed in the same location though.

This might be a persistent PHD flopper, because my friend keeps getting unknown green flashes.
