i would like to see being able to pick or build your own house in the wasteland

Yea i want joinable factions where you actually have a role and can progress up the ranks with each rank having perks like backup in fights and som other stuff i dont feel liike thinking about right now lol. but also vehicles to get around would be nice, mabe some mele animations like actually sticking a knife through someone instead of just swinging it at them, oh and lets not forget, DOGMEAT NEEDS TO COME BACK.
