Hey guys, I plan on getting this stuff for my birthday, i have two different packages I want to do, but can't decide which one.

Package #1 - New Desk (need one BADLY) & SSD
Package #2 - New desk & New monitor

I'm currently playing on a T.V that is 1360x768, the monitor i would get is a 1920x1080 one.

Which package do you think I should go with?

What is an SSD? lol, i would probably go with package 1 whatever it is because a tv monitor is fine you dont need an actual monitor.

To answer the questions:
1) An SSD is a solid state drive which out performs a hard drive in write speed, it boots windows up faster, games load and run better, etc.
2) The monitor I have now is 60 Hz
3) The SSD would have 128 or 120 GB, I forgot which one.

We can't tell you what you want more! Personally I'd go for the desk and SSD or use something else as a desk and get both.

Well, i'm currently using this T.V stand as a desk and it's pretty annoying, so I really want a desk.
I'll probably end up doing the SSD + desk.

I support your decision, but I also would like to know the refresh rate of the monitor you were planning on buying because that would also be a great option.

On one hand, your SSD will help with write speeds and windows boot up speeds, but the monitor will always be there with you.
