If there gonna ban anyone it will be the hosters, and the people that they see repeatly in a lobby :s

No anyone can get banned. They can check your recent gamemodes/theater films. Anyways its could be a ban wave soon.

ya but its hard to see people in a lobby caz it does not go thru to theater just keep your nuclear + unstoppable medals and keep a reasonable k/d and you will be fine.

the custom xp lobbies do not show up in your recent games actually... they will look for people with 8k nuclear medals and look for the master prestiges with 9 hours played. technically they cannot tell if you were even in the lobby. the penalty will be the same as the boosting penalties i can assure you on that

Actually you turn CoDCaster off and they can't see your Custom Game lobbies.
