Is it possible to keep a zombie or a crawler alive at the end of the round? With me they always die out!

If it is, how?

Crawlers tend to die off if you go to another area keep one zombie that has taken no damage and you should be good. Are you playing die rise or tranzit?

Die Rise. As you can imagine it requires a lot of waiting haha.

So just keep a few undamaged ones and i'm fine? If i move to another area will the undamaged zombie respawn?
