Me and my friend want to do it, but i heard rumors that Microsoft was cracking down on the people that did it. On Mw3 i heard people were getting banned like crazy, was that true? And if so do they still get banned or is there a way to avoid it?

This is for Black Ops Season pass? Or should i just do the dlc and if i just do the DLC can i keep getting the new ones when they come out?
