Alright, my cousin glitched the Seriously achievement on GOW1 for me and i never got the cog tags (bad move) and now it says 30/30. Is there anyway of going back and getting it or am i screwed?

I think you can go through the game and find the one you need. You can also try a second account that doesn't have the achievement and go by one by one and pick them up that way.

Can't say. I remember the same thing happened to me but I forgot how I got the achievement.
