Xclusive198 wrote Again, learn basic English. Is 4 hits the same as 5 hits? No. It isn't, its similar. Reviving very fast isn't the SAME as a moderately fast revive.

The same can be said for whatever else.

Sigh.

I don't see how "basic English" comes into this at all. I am talking about the general effect of the perk. One may be more effective, but they both do the same thing (reduce damage, lower revive time) you obviously don't understand what I'm saying. You could say the damage reducing effects of jugs and perma jugs are similar, 4 hits to 5 hits, but the overall effect of reducing damage (not how much) is consistent in both. Same with the revive perks. I can see how you could misinterpret that, so no harm done. I'm simply saying because the effects are identical, it would seem that would be the case with PHD, even if it is less effective. Maybe a smaller explosion, reduced falling damage and reduced explosive damage. Also, OP, do you have a video of the game when the player got it?

Ohhh thanks for the video

PS i never at one point said you hit a ledge. Its funny how in your proof video you land on the lift where its not at a point you can get off, as i explained. In the "permanent PHD" video, he lands on it where you can get off (hence giving you the opportunity to press A at the right time and climb up and not take damage).

I really didnt think it would come to this, but I am actually getting my team together now to record this glitch.

However, just as you cannot prove you didnt press A, how am I meant to prove I am pressing A, I ask?

I see no proof in your video at all, Its not PhD flopper...1.If it was there would be no red screen flash. 2.He is either pressing A while he is falling, OR he misses the first ledge going down and hits the second one to break the fall(You on the other hand, Hit the first ledge knocking you to far to hit the second one)
And 3. Yesterday he uploaded a video saying he would give the tutorial if he got 50 likes, But today you say you have no idea on how he has it.

So if you really want to prove everyone wrong, Simply have your friend jump straight down the middle without touching the wall.

you guys are arrogant , ). no "Persistent Perk" is the "SAME" as its Full Version via Perk Machine. Persistent jugg gives the same effect as juggernaut but its not juggernaut there is noticeable differences but they are similar same with all the others. Why this may or may not be PHD. 1. The reason PHD Flopper as a full version is not in the game is because treyarch felt as the perk gave to much of a benefit to players. so if treyarch put a version of this perk in a map or the game it would NOT Be the same but have similar quality's like the others. 2. he did survive the fall that is disputable but wither or not you can not survive that fall on a normal basis. wither or not its PHD is hard to say as no one has ever confirmed a PHD perk or any version of it, leave it at this it could or could not be PHD no one really knows.

Like I said before, show a video that doesn't involve the elevator or this IS just a glitch.
