my first build
CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 965 quad core BE
GPU: Sapphire HD Radeon 7850 1GB ddr5
Memory: 8gb (2x4gb)
HDD: Western Digital 1.5 TB 3.5" internal
Mobo: Biostar A880GZ AM3+ AMD SATA 6Gb/s HDMI mATX
Case: LOGISYS Computer 368 SOHO
PSU: Logisys 480w
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Please let me know what i can upgrade i have small budget

I'm assuming this is around your budget. It all comes to ~$550.

Terrible, terrible power supply. Under no circumstances should you buy it, much less recommend it. You should get the 7770 or even 650 Ti instead of that 650, a better case like the NZXT Source 210 or Fractal Core 1000, a 500GB hard drive, and dual-channel memory as well.
