The reasone why cydai servers are not letting you download anything without getting a error is everyone has recently jailbroken there idevice today using evasi0n. Im experiencing this as well as of all of you it might be annoyoing but give it some time since there are thousands of people are trying to use it cydia is going to be overloaded for a few days or so. so just give it sometime
