cant connect to xbl I have the online files it says can not connect when I test connection it gets to testing xbox live and then it says theres a problem with my connection

Found out on how to connect:

1. download files [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2. open up the rar file
3. transfer the files to your desktop
4. hook up a transfer cable to your xbox
5. You're an idiot...the files are fake
6. kill yourself
