That methode is one I prefer not to reccomend or use. As it can seriously scare people out of the experience of LD'ing.

The demons, are hallucinations your brain makes they aren't real... When you use that method your mind starts dreaming and your start hearing/seeing things. It's honestly scary as I've tried it, but luckily it was only my dead grandpa there. It was scary, but he was telling me how good it was and that he was happy to see me.

What would be a consequence if you screwed up?

Using my method the theres not really a conseguence. You either don't obtain lucidity or your slip out of lucidity during a dream. If you don't get it you just start to dream normally.

how do you do it this method? i have had lucid dreams this way but it seems to be getting harder and harder. i can lie still for hours without moving. i hear chalk across the walls in my house because chalk goes through me and does my head in but i still dont move and do still go lucid its just im having less and less lucid dreams. i normally count to 100 in my head or keep moving eyes left to right while eyes shut to get to sleep paralysis. what do you think in your head? if i think nothing i fall asleep now but before i never used to

No my method does not use sleep paralysis. If you read my topic I use reality checks and dream recall. When you fall asleep you just say, "I will lucid dream I will see my (insert dream reality check here" If you think you can't do it you won't.

I finally did it... i had a lucid dream. I did a different method though all day the night before I imagined a very distinctive door that i would never see in reality and when i saw it boom i was lucid. The only bad thing was i got over excited and ended up ending my dream. I also found it useful to listen to Biannual beats to do this... I am going to try again tonight... any suggestions how to not come over excited.

None. Nothing bad could possibly happen unless you had a heart attack from the elevated level of excitement.

And another reality check that works well is plugging your nose and trying to breathe through it, obviously it won't work in life but will in dreams and it can also be used anywhere.

Ive never LD but i have had several sleep paralysis expierences, none were intentional.
The first one happened when i slept in a spare room at my unlces, i thought i had woke up but then i couldn't move. I looked into the corner of the room and say a demon laughing and staring at me, luckily i knew it was sleep paralysis as i had read about it recently.
The 2nd time i wasnt so lucky, this time i was at a friends house.I fell asleep in the same room as my twin brother and friend. I was in a dream where i was canoeing. I happened to see my brother in my dream and all of a sudden i couldn't talk or move. I started to think i was awake and still couldnt talk or move. My brother and friend stared at me while i tried to yell to them. They said my eyes were moving around and i was twitching. It was so weird.
