This works for IOS 6.0, 6.0.1, 6.1
I noticed when I tried download iAPCracker from Ihacksrepo it does not work same with xsellize
Add the source called system.in-appstore.com/repo
In there install LocallAPStore
After download is done and you restarted springboard, open a game like as subway surfers, click on shop then buy coins and click on one of the purchases and you should see your coins go up if it asked to confirm purchase hit cancel.
