Take it, its the 3570K the unlocked one? nice motherboard, is the RAM dual channel? 2Tb is a good amount of space add a SSD aswell for improved performance - PSU and graphics card are a decent level aswell.
I'd rate this 8/10 an SSD IMO would increase this score.

Whooooooa there. If you haven't already bought this, you should get a PSU with a more appropriate wattage. A quality ~450w unit would be more than enough for everything you listed and running such a high-wattage unit will actually result in greatly reduced efficiency.
Also, if this is a gaming PC, you should spend less on the CPU and motherboard but more on the graphics card. The 7850 is a great card, but it's a little imbalanced when paired with the i5, which I assume has an aftermarket cooler. The 1GB 7850 is also the way to go in almost every time.
7/10 as it is, but if the goal is CPU power over game performance, 8/10.

I'm going to assume that you care less about gaming than CPU power, as a 3570k and 7850 combo isn't too favorable by gamers. The decent overclock also doesn't help gamers much, more for content creation. I would've gone the 550w route on a PSU, 750w is a bit much and like r00t said your efficiency will take a massive hit at the wattage you'll be using. No SSD which is upsetting, and you didn't list an aftermarket cooler. Though I assume you have one as 4.5 GHz on stock is relatively impossible.

A i5 3570 overclocked... hmmm interesting.
-1 case
-1 oddly balanced build
-1 high profile memory
-.5 PSU is more then you need
6.5/10
Like the build, nice job
