Hey guys, i have a verry important question about jail breaking, i have an iphone 5, and as most of you know, you can now jailbreak ios 6, but i have a question, what happens when i jailbreak an iPhone, do i loose my contact with Verizon? Does my phone still stay on the plan, What happenes if i can not restore my iPhone to the original settings?

I have jailbroken an ipod before, but i obviously didnt need too worry about all of those questions... but any ways, can anyone here help me with this, and also maybe give me a reason too or not too jailbreak iphone 5...

You can be undetected when jailbreaking by restoring it before you give it to them for some reason. (Broken,Old) Positive reason to Jailbreak: Gives you better things to do and makes it better in general. Negative about Jailbreaking: Can cause problems but only if you download harmful tweaks. Hope it helped.

Nothing will change between you and your carrier at all. All it does is "Unlocks" the OS's full potential. Allows you to modify stuff and just make it personal and unique. You will still have all you contacts, all you apps, all you pictures, all your everything.

How would i know it is a harmful tweak, i never really paid attention to that with my iPod...so.

Usually if a tweak has potential of screwing up your device, there is a warning when you go to install the package.

Well, as long as you have reliable sources on Cydia like SinfuliPhone and stuff youll be fine. But be careful! With the jailbreak brand new, a lot tweaks are compatible with iOS 6 yet. And those could do some harm since they arent meant for this OS.

Anytime. If you have any other questions PM me. Id rather help you instead of you bricking your device if you do it wrong. But before you do it make sure you made a backup on iTunes. Just incase something does go wrong (Shouldnt but just in case)
