And second, a booter doesn't send "Viruses" its send packets. Pieces of information to which the router is so overloaded with that it cant provide server with connected devices.

Thank you for clarifying to these script kiddies how a booter actually works and showing them the most important thing of all,impermanence, and that if they get booted they should change their IP and get over it. Also just to stress this more, no matter what people say this is a felony and (in my country anyway) is a federal offense. Don't take a ride on the angry train and try to get back at this guy (especially by using a booter) because the repercussions are very serious.
