Are you trying to ruin this guy? make a knowledgeable post before telling someone to go spend another 2-3 hundred dollars on another system.

If you are on FSD3 you can still do LOCAL system link all you have to do is go to settings, then plugin settings and UNLOAD the FSD plugin then start up your game and local system link will work fine however if you want to system link again you have to unload the plugin every time you return to the dash board. Um none of us above were trying to get *Easy* post, i was posting what worked for me and how i fixed the problem for me, and yes your way may fix his system link as well, but dont post and say what you think others were doing because you were horribly wrong, now untill you know facts dont post such nonsense people get offended easily, its a fair warning...

I was telling him from what ik, unless you do the plugin thing stated above, but no i wasnt trying to ruin anyone, if my system link was messed up, id buy a new jtag, jssss

Let me help you out because so far I can't see anyone giving the right answer.

First, goto xex menu, then dashlaunch 3.0 or higher.
Second, goto plugins and make sure "dev link" is disabled. Hit save to nand, then exit.
Third, launch FSD 3.0, goto setting and plugins. Disable LiNK auto-signin. Trust me even if you haven't set it up. You have the files on your console.
Forth, Hit save. It might say FSD needs to reboot. Once it does, turn off your console, wait 30 seconds and turn it back on.

Once on, goto xex menu and launch your game. You should be able to then connect to your console. You are welcome and if you have any more problems, just ask.

Make sure that your on the same title update on both consoles and that your connected via ethernet or wireless on both consoles. Don't know why it's not working..like the other guy said it could be your ethernet cord.
