To me honestly containing is really annoying and it is almost impossible to skill around them
I am usually the one who scores first and I usually am always on the attack when I have the ball
My solution to the people that contain is since I am pretty much the first person to score I just hold posesion of the ball to piss them off to teach them a lesson to not contain against me works pretty well but I hold it in
Their 3rd just so if there is a mistake no open goal
How do you deal with people that contain?

Short passes and long shots outside since they're a fair distance away.

And at least containing isn't as bad as applying pressure like on the previous FIFA's.

I'm against it being in the game but think you're stupid if you don't use it.
