Whenever I seem to load a game or exit one,I get signed out.It is getting annoying now as I have to keep joining my friends again and again every-time I do something.

Someone might be signing onto your account, does it says 'This account was last signed in on another console'?

Does this occur when you're trying to load games or join a game session? If so, then you will need to delete your system cache. You can do this by following the instructions below.
1. Go to your Settings and select System Settings (Either via Xbox guide or dashboard).
2. Select Storage and then highlight the device you use to play your games (Most use their Hard Drive).
3. Press the "Y" button and select Clear System Cache. This deletes all updates that you have downloaded for your games, so you will need to re-download them when you go to play.
