Well on TTG you can't because Image embedding is disabled, but if you wanted to do it for a different site you would upload the picture to a Image Sharing Site (eg - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ) then Select the Photo, and copy and paste the URL to whereever you wanna show the picture

You could screen cap the picture on the desktop using this - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] where it screen caps what you want and it will make a link so you can past the link to any post

You no longer can due to threads being spammed with pictures, you can however, as Halo said, put up the link to it, the quickest way is to use Gyazo.
