I think people who get banned just don't know limits boost little bit not 9 prestiges boost for 1 prestiges max and then just play normal games. Don't think that you will get banned for boosting once in locked lobbie?

They seem pretty harsh with the bans on Xbox, I boosted non-stop all the way to 5th prestige and only got set back 15 levels. My friend boosted all the way up to 9th and was unlocking camos non-stop and no derank, ban or anything. I even made it past the ''ban wave'' with my prestige master account. Maybe Treyarch just doesnt give a shit about the ps3.

You knew it was against the rules. They released the how to get banned crap a few months before the game was released. So, no they shouldn't give you a warning.

I just got a 7 day ban today.
