Because belive it or not Microsoft has a special secret VIP list and to get on it you have to spend tons of monay on MS points on your xbox 360 and not at retailers. And the people on the list get their chances of being banned reduced because microsoft doesn't want to lose loyal customers that spend lots of money on their products thats how they make their money. I'm on the VIP list and I've spent over $700 on MSP. Also one time I was playing on xbl and i was iso modding with a XBLPet in my game and I never got banned because ms doesn't want to lose me.

Check you E-mail for the answer to your question of why you received the ban, If you honestly and truly do say that you didn't do these acts then ring Microsoft and get the problem sorted through their help service.

Oh trust me they do because every 2 weeks I buy a new 1600 off of the dashboard you think they want to lose that? No because MS is greedy they'll do anything to keep the loyal customers even if they're hacking I hacked this boys account a week ago I haven't been banned yet. But this secret is sooooooo secret MS CEOS tries their best to not talk about it so that the employees don't go out opening their mouths about this secret.
