Does anyone know any way's to get my virtual pro up fast because he is currently 53% completed and hes very rubbish :/

If you still have fifa 12 the accomplishments are easier

im on about fifa 13 pal, i want to have a decent pro hes only 82 as a striker and i want him as a 85+ but im only 53% completed on accomplishments
