You have mixed components from both US and CA versions of newegg.
Here is my opinion on a $1,000 US budget;
Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
RAM: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
GPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
HDD: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
PSU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
ODD: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Cooler: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Total: $968.91
If you want room for an additional 7950 then I'd recommend getting the 750W version of the HIVE for an extra $20.
If you are going to get another drive then you'll want to pick up another SATA data cable as the G45 only comes with two.

I recommend using this build. It should convert to whatever the Canadian currency is.

Here's as much as I could cram into your budget.

Gotta take advantage of the deals on the Canadian site to get the best stuff. The combos suck for the most part, but the free RAM with the motherboard is nice. The two games you get with the card make going a little over-budget worth it and this list is made with bang for your buck in mind, hence the cheap but high-quality and adequate PSU and case.
