Okay let me give you guys a run down on what I am trying to create. So Nike and Twitter have this new contract where you can "RSVP" for shoes through twitter. All you have to do is DM them or Tweet them. Including your 1. Name 2. Shoe Size 3. Shoe etc. In this exact format they have. The only problem is people Tweet/dm them SO FAST they're never any shoes left.
I am looking to create a program which can do this, I can type in certain hashtags and the twitter name of a certain nike store and as SOON as that store tweeted out that certain hashtag I have typed in the Program would immediately Tweet/DM them with my name,shoe size, and shoe. I would also put my name and shoe size in the program of course and have that saved so it would immedately just tweet them. If you guys need anymore more information or are confused about something I have said PLEASE let me know.
I am trying to find a video of another program I saw similar to what I am trying to build here to give you guys an idea. I will update this thread as soon as I can link you to the video. Thanks so much for your time guys I appreciate it. Also if you are interested in this product or helping me out please PM me I have friends willing to pay good money for this program which is kind of why I am trying to make it plus just the knowledge factor. Basically kind of like that. I have friends willing to pay good money for this product. One of my friends was using another person as his connect but that person has since stoopped. So my friend asked me to help him out. I am looking for anyone who thinks they could possibly build this.

Its basically just a auto tweet bot that can tweet/dm tweets to certain hash tags that it grabs from a certain acccount.

This is certainly achievable with the official Twitter API.
You would have to enter your Twitter username and password to Tweet or DM the relevant account.
But the search for the hashtag is simple as a feed request and search on the response.
