connect to itunes from your phone to your pc/mac. follow instructions on screen. hoped i helped

Connect your iPhone to iTunes on your computer and restore it, thats what I did when I had the same problem.

Yep, as far as I'm aware the only way to fix it is to indeed restore it. Sorry, mate. Probably shouldn't have been screwing around with the password if that was the case.
