Is there anyone that can help me with getting the Clutch medals? I really need them but I can't get them because I suck at ninja defusing.

Ninja defusing is so easy, just find spots nobody looks. Like, here my friend's favorite spot.

Thanks, another problem is that the other team won't plant or my team kills everone...

Run in a team of as many as you can get, then camp hard enough that they need to plant.
