Try ringing your broadband provider? I had the same problem and when I rang BT they fixed it for me.

Uninstall the service pack, and check again if it goes back up.
You can do this by going to
Control Panel->Programmes->View Installed updates (to the right)-> Uninstall Service Pack 1.
If it goes back up, it could be driver issues. Download the latest drivers for your Wireless Card.

I think I'll test the speed on my laptop first, see if it is the broadband or not. Then I'll uninstall the service pack, although I already have the latest driver so...
The download speed is fine on my laptop, so it must be something to do with the driver/service pack...
