Since the 660 isn't a ti, go with the 7850

7850 over the 660 because it overclocks better and will give the same performance when overclocked and it's the same price. However the 660 will excel in NVIDIA favouring games (BF3 etc)
However, if you can afford the 660, then I've just found a deal for you:

It's a 7870 at the same price of the 660. 7870 destroys the 660 in performance, especially when overclocked.

Edit 2: VTX has had some bad reviews in the past. If you want to give it a try, it's a very good price but a dangerous buy. The 1st might be a better option.

If you can afford the 660 you listed, the 1st 7870 would be the better option. It's a much better card. However if you're doing A LOT of rendering and video editing, get the 660 because of the CUDA cores (takes stress away from the CPU)
