That is a tweak called: OnDemand tethering for iBluever & iTether

You might need to install it if it's a dependency.

It should be in Cydia, it's under the big boss repo I think.

Repocydia.com is a source for the cydia app that allows you to get apps tweaks etc.

You don't install that program, it was showing off the repo not telling you to install it.

Don't get vShare!

Get the real appcake, also if it gets a white screen just wait. If it takes forever and does nothing go onto a .ipa download website and search for it over the web!

(Also use i-Funbox to place it into your iDevice)
