1.Go to multiplayer and click Xbox Live.

2. As soon as it comes up with your name press b and go back to the main menu

3. Go back into xbox live and quickly unplug your ethernet cable, now quickly step 4.

4. Go to local and press B and hover over yes.

5. Plug cable back in and QUICKLY connect back to xbox live.

6. Press yes, then go to xbox live and you should be reset
