Hey Guys im am in FocalSniping at the momment but i realy dont kno what i want to do and i fill like im a outsider in this clan i need some great Advice from someone please tell me what i should do should i stay or should i Go?

i feed more then i Trickshot
i dont record at the momment but geting a PVR Soon
i Edit
i Do a little GFX
and i just started doing these things

please give me some Advice thanks

1 Have A Back up leader! so if the main leader leaves they have another make sure the leader for the clan has Exp or rlly good at leading!!!! Mainly Just be chill and never rage.

the thing is im not the leader of the clan and people are very unactive they have members havnt been on for 3 days and every time i try and play with them they hurry and part up and i cant play with them and when i ask to to play they say were a full party thats why i said i fill like a outsider
