Well I have the shotguns and I got shotguns after a game of 220 kills and like 50 headshots haha. I really think you just need a certain K/D and a minimum amount of kills. I got the knife at 15k kills and shotguns at 28k kills. My K/D is 270.

when i reset my stats first day i played for like 8 hours (no life i know) and i had the knife but then it took me 3 days to get my shotguns by the time i had shotguns i had about 125K kills and about 100 downs

I got my knife 4 days ago and it also took 3 days to get my rank. Glad you got them
