You can but I believe you have to wait like 4 months or something i don't know for sure but it was a pretty long time for me

Its once every 4 months and there is a high risk of getting banned for marketplace theft.

You can do it once every 3 months. Be careful though.

Actually, the chances are like 5-10%.

Also, it's not stealing if you're giving out the dlc console license to someone else. Microsoft did give you 2 licenses.

What's the point of getting the season pass? You'll still have to sign into the other persons account anyway to get the map pack as only the account with the season pass can download the maps. So if the person changes their password after you download the season pass you'll get no maps.
