The option to turn it on is only available to people with a premium license, and it is really buggy unless you are on pc anyways.

I remember when this game first came out it had iso mods. Do they still work?

Hey, I know this is an old post. But I was wondering this. When I imported the Skill List, it said that The Skills were Partially Imported.

Where would these skills be placed?

On the skills tab. It may have took the premium skills off of it because you don't have a license. Go to your skills, and see what they are set to. If they are maxed out at 10, then it did not work. I may have to manually mod peoples gamesaves for them.

Just set your money to exactly $2 billion and don't pick up large amounts of cash.
Also what do you mean by Jin?
In the editor her inventory is to the left of the regular inventory.
In game she is the girl in the story that you meet when you go to get the truck re-enforced.
