The back story

For years now I have been noticing 'strange' things happening in my house. Ever since I was little I have been seeing, hearing, experiencing things that occur with no explanation. Mostly faint noises like knocks, and such; but of course I never really paid attention to any of it. But as I've gotten older, I started to observe more. I now take the time to stop and listen to whats really going on.

The occurrences

Within the past few months I have heard knocks, bangs, doors slamming, objects sliding around. I have seen cabinets open, doors close, transparent figures, and shadows. When I first started realizing this stuff was going on, I was scared. I didn't sleep for days. When I was home I would sit in a corner and just watch my house. But it wasn't anything too serious. But now, I can't say the same. As I started talking about this with my friends, and family, they of course all think I'm crazy, but everything got worse. These occurrences became more frequent. Noises got louder, more things move, open, sounds go on all day.

My biggest experiences

About a 2-3 months ago I was eating a snack just before going to bed. It was about 1:10am and I am in the kitchen. I hear a knock down the hallway, and of course I go see what it is. I look around but there is nothing that could have made that noise. I finish eating and I go to get into bed. As I am laying there I hear another knock, but this time it sounded like it was in my restroom. As I get out of bed, my remote for my TV fell and it went under my night stand. I went to pick it up and as I looked next to my bed there was a transparent figure at the edge of my bed. By transparent I mean, I can see it, but I can also see through it. As if you're looking through a glass window, you can see the window, but you can also see through it. I got so scared I jumped on my bed and crawled into a corner. There was nothing there after I panicked.

Next big occurrence.

About a week ago I was hanging up my clothes in my closet. I was making trips between my room and my laundry room to get my clothes. On my last set, I walked into my room noticing that my bathroom light was on, I thought nothing of it and went to turn it off. As I started walking towards my bathroom, the bathroom door started closing. Not fast, but as if it was gently pushed, enough to notice that a force had to have pushed it. I backed away and decided to just put my clothes away, before looking into why the door closed. And as I walked into my closet, all of my clothes were swinging back and forth on their hangers. It wasn't just the clothes I just put up, but every thing on a hanger was swinging. It was if someone dragged their hand through all of it. I tried to see how that happened, but there was no explanation. No air vent was in contact with my clothes, nothing could have made that happen, unless a person did it themselves.

Last big occurrence.

About 2 months ago I decided to do some 'investigating' as if I was a Ghost Hunter of some sort. I started asking random questions to see if I would get any responses, and I had a recorder with me for audio proof if anything happened. I went into my bedroom because that's where I think the "Hot spot" is located, and I started asking questions. I recorded for about 10 minutes, asking frequent questions, anything that could get a response. Questions like "Who are you? What year is it? Where are you from?" etc. And within the last minute I asked a question of "Do you know who I am?" A few seconds past and I got a response. I didn't hear it, but it was picked up on my recorder. A faint "Hey." was it's response. Hearing this, sent chills down my spine and it still does. (If I can find a way, I will put the recording on here.)



I still don't know anything about this spirit, but I do know it is here. I know it isn't tied down to my house because I have only lived here for a few years, but my occurrences have been going on since I was a child. I don't think it is here to harm me, but I would like for others to experience it so I know I'm not just seeing, and hearing things.
