Last night, a friend and I were making our own SnD Headshot lobbies. While it was going pretty well for just about the whole day, at around 2:30am, my friend and I kept getting merged into somebody else's game or it would merge us in to a screen where it searches for players. Has this exploit been patched, or maybe are we doing a step wrong?

Here are our steps:

1. Leave your selector on Custom Games.
2. Press Y and Find a friend who is in a Public Match lobby.
3. Press X then immediately tap the hell out of A until it brings you into your own Public Match lobby.
4. Press A to bring in your guest, then invite your friend.
5. Go to COD TV and then go to your channel and find your own custom games. Load the Search and Destroy game.
6. Press B and then select "Bring Party" and then you should here a count down.
BUT, instead of hearing a countdown anymore, it will automatically bring us to these peoples games instead of starting our own. Are we forgetting a step or at least doing a step wrong? Thank you for any help!
