Broken Steel obviously, that's the only way to keep playing after beating the game.

For some reason I was really drawn to the Pitt, I loved playing it but it was too short.
Now Point Lookout was amazing but it was so hard, I'm use to playing on Hard difficulty level and I had to put it to easy because I was struggling.

The Pitt is probably the most interesting story but Broken Steel is probably better just because it lets you play on after you complete the main questline.

It is all down to personal opinion.
Broken steel - Raises the level cap and allows you to carry on playing after the game has 'ended'.
Mothership Zeta - Allows you to gain more alien weapons and ammo.
The Pitt - Interesting storyline, has some cool weapons. Ingots keep you going for a while.
Point Lookout - New enemies, weapons and locations. Interesting DLC to say the least.
Operation: Anchorage - One of the best DLC's in my opinion, yes it may be one of the shortest but I loved it. Brings in new weapons, armour (one of the best in the game) and new locations to explore.
Go with what you want, you don't know which one you will like the most until you have got them all.
