Was thinking about selling my expensive laptop which I don't really use much and a hd pvr in order to get a cheaper laptop and an iPad 4....

Is that a good idea what do you think.

Get a more portable laptop to use and a nice tablet.

I think that the iPads are a waste of money as they are all pretty much the same

Well i have the Ipad2 and my friend let me use his Ipad4 and the Ipad2 is faster and more reliable same with the Ipad2 and the Ipad3
